What is change ?

Change is like the air in the world – most people need it in their lives, whether it's a change in location, environment, society, or the people around them.

How important is change? Does it really matter? In my opinion, it is important, but there should be a balanced way to embrace it. Not everyone needs change all the time, but it does help keep people mentally fit and happy. Meeting new people or getting new things often brings joy, although sometimes, people overlook the value of old things, forgetting the saying "Old is Gold." I'm not suggesting that everything old is always important, but finding a balance between old and new things is crucial.

Consider someone buying a new mobile phone with fantastic features and graphics – at the same time, the old mobile becomes less important. Similarly, in human relationships, when someone new enters a person's life, the importance of the old person diminishes. It's a natural tendency for new things to replace the old.

Change in a person can be the most painful because, unlike objects like mobile phones or TVs, people have emotions and feelings. This emotional connection makes it challenging to forget, whether it's a pet animal or another person.

Everyone and everything undergoes change, and people often seek new things in their lives because we all need a change, whether it's in things or in the people around us.
